Join fellow Excellence and Odyssey Awardees for a half-day workshop led by hfp Consulting from 12:00 PM – to 4:45 PM.

Strong and mindful leadership is essential when navigating uncertainty and change—both within your team and for yourself. This session will explore how to lead effectively and constructively in evolving environments.

In this interactive workshop, you will learn to:

• Lead with greater confidence and clarity during times of change
• Navigate uncertainty with intention
• Provide stability and direction for your team

Skills covered include:

• Framing effective interactions
• Active listening and emotional intelligence
• Constructive conflict management
• Building a culture of feedback
• Peer group development

The workshop will be followed by a cocktail reception with your alumni mentors from 4:45 PM to 5:30 PM, prior to the evening program.
